INSEE PRIZE: 10 YEAR JOURNEY NOURISHS FUTURE GENERATION

From the beginning of 2021, INSEE Vietnam has continued to launch the INSEE Prize contest for young students at universities. Not only the contest information posted, INSEE also organizes seminars to universities across the country. In the first phase, INSEE brought the contest information to schools such as Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education, HCMC University of Architecture, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Van Lang University, Mien Tay Construction University, Danang University of Architecture and many more schools to come.

From the very beginning, the INSEE Prize was determined not only to be a contest that conveys the perspective of sustainable development, but also to bring practical value to society. The winning projects will be sponsored by INSEE and put into practice, with the hope that these innovations will not only stop on paper but can directly solve pressing problems of the local inhabitants.  

INSEE Prize with students of Danang Architecture University

The winner of the INSEE Prize 2020 is a Pottery project from the students of Hanoi University of Architecture with the idea of ​​bringing the traditional culture of "ceramic village" into the learning space. The project has been put into practice at Bat Trang primary school, with the goal of helping students feel and promote the value of communication and craft village culture into life. At the same time, it also creates a space to display the works of students in the school, helping to find early talents to develop. 

The contest is taking place very actively with many unique projects continuously being sent to the organizers. During 10 years of the INSEE Prize journey, 8 projects have been implemented, selected from more than 3,156 ideas from 43 universities and more than 5,000 people in society directly and indirectly benefited from projects. These numbers will not stop but will continue to increase. This year's INSEE Prize is expected to accompany more and more young people's dreams, giving this opportunity to more meaningful projects in the future.
